Where can I find my alarm code?
Alarm code can be found on the bottom of your welcome letter/instructions
I just plugged my alarm in and it’s going off, what can I do to stop this?
Make sure you plug your siren in after you plug the power cord into the wall. You should also be able to disable the siren by entering in your alarm code or disarming it from the remote.
My alarm won’t turn on?
Make sure the switch in the back of the alarm panel is set to “ON” and if still experiencing issues please contact customer service at 1-888-248-8362
Do I need to do anything to set up the key fobs?
No. everything comes programmed, so there isn’t any additional work you would need to do.
My siren or sensor has fallen down, what should I do?
Our products come with strong adhesive backing and should be equipped for long term use but if for some reason there’s a failure we recommend using adhesive tape such as 3M.
The alarm company called but I misplaced my alarm code and/or password, what should I do?
You may call customer service @ 1-888-248-8362 and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you.
Will my monthly monitoring price ever go up?
At Castle Alert we value your loyalty and because of this you will never see an increase in your bill.
Do I have to hook up all sensors?
No, if you don’t believe you need all of the sensors to secure your home please feel free to set the extras aside. Make sure they are powered off before placing them in storage.
What happens if I move?
Castle Alert is a very versatile system and because of this you are able to take the system with you and transfer your service to your new address at no additional cost. We just ask that you update your address with Castle Alert in the event there’s an emergency the necessary responding agency will be able to find your home.
I received my system but am not clear how to set it up, what should I do?
Inside your system you should have received setup instructions, this will walk you through each step on how to setup your alarm system. I’m missing parts of the system, what should I do?
If something is missing upon receiving your system please notify Castle Alert immediately. If you also need additional parts or have questions please call us at 1-888-248-8362
Will I receive a monthly bill?
Yes Castle Alert will send a monthly bill prior to your current month ending.
Can I be set up on auto pay?
Great question! We do have the option and convenience of auto pay and you can enroll in this by calling customer support @ 1-888-248-8362
